Yearbook & Dedications

Who doesn't love a yearbook?! Yearbook pre-order for the SY 25-26 will be available **very soon**.

Books will be on a first come first serve basis, so order while you can! Projected book delivery is mid-May 2026, but will be subject to change with an actual date announced closer to the end of the year. Shipping can also be purchased if you are projected to PCS prior to this time. 

• For the low price of $35, you get a beautifully crafted A4 glossy-hardback book with 168 pages of amazing memories.

• DEDICATIONS ARE FOR FIFTH GRADE STUDENTS ONLY. They will be available for purchase in the next few weeks, notice will be sent in the School Newsletter or from the 5th Grade Team. Dedication purchase DOES NOT include the yearbook, so be sure you place your order for the Yearbook itself.

• Dedication information and pictures are due MARCH 13th, NO EXCEPTIONS. After purchase, please visit THIS LINK to submit your information. Pictures can be emailed to wes.dedications@gmail.com with your student's name as the subject line. 

*Please note, if you have a child that you have selected as NO MEDIA during registration, be aware that they WILL NOT be in the yearbook in any capacity. No single photos, no class photos, no extra-curriculars. You can check your status in Aspen. To make the change from NO MEDIA to YEARBOOK ONLY, you will need to contact the WES front office. Permission given to your teacher is NOT the same and we can only use the official Aspen record as reference.*
