Can you believe it’s already time to start thinking about next year’s WES PTO Board? Most of our Board members are moving on and without parent volunteers the WES PTO will be forced to dissolve and relinquish funds. Simply put, this means no School Photos, Yearbook, Family Events, Classroom Grants, Book Fair, Spirit Wear, etc. PTO is what YOU make of it and not all positions require large time commitments. Not sure what the PTO is or why it matters? Find more info about everything the WES PTO does here.

If you are volunteering in the building during school hours, you will need to have filled out a Volunteer Agreement DD FORM-2793 several days prior. Please CLICK HERE to access this form and return it to the front office before you are scheduled to volunteer.
