Family Bingo Pre-Orders

WES PTO invites you to BINGO! an after-school family event. 

• When? Friday May 1st, doors open at 5 PM - Bingo begins at 530 PM
• Where? WES MPR

To pre-order meals, please make your selection from the store. Pre-orders will be turned OFF prior to the event on Monday, April 27th at 10 PM. *We will not be able to process refunds if you are unable to attend.*

We will also have additional Bingo cards, concessions, and raffle tickets available for purchase before and during the event, while supplies last.

Remember to *Click here to RSVP! All families who use the Google Form to RSVP get FREE ENTRY to the event and one free raffle ticket for the end of night raffle! You must be present to win. 

*The RSVP Form will close on Wednesday, April 29th. RSVP is not required to attend, but will grant free entry to the event and help us create an accurate estimate for concessions. Entry fee at the door is Adults $3/ Children $2 for those who do not submit an RSVP using this Google Form.
